These hats already exist, finished and waiting on one person. The Stardust Horseshoe Cowgirl, The Denim Darlin', The Black Stallion, the One-of-One Denim Patchwork Cowboy Hat and The Tattooed Cowgirl were all built at our bench, one at a time. When one sells it is gone, because we do not repeat a build.

What Goes Into a Custom Hat Band
A custom hat band is the strip that wraps the crown, built for one hat instead of pulled off a rack. The band is where a hat stops being a hat and starts being yours.
Choose the material and the color, linen or silk, then decide how far it goes: minimal, layered or textured. Add gold or silver chain detailing. Add feathers, charms, cards or anything else that fits your story.
Finish it with your own mark, symbolic or lettered, burned into the hat. We also add bands, hardware and brand marks to hats you already own. You can also build one in person at the Hat Bar experience.
